Tommy Bahama is seeking an experienced store leader to join our Plano team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to motivate and guide staff, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving sales and brand standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, merchandising, and process improvement, with a focus on developing team members and sustaining strong guest relationships in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Experience with merchandising and retail visual concepts.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Able to analyze reports and identify opportunities for merchandising/presentation adjustments.
• College degree in Business or related field.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Store Manager to lead by example through motivation, support and clear communication.
• Build strong sales and service relationships with guests and team members.
• Develop a culture of selling to achieve the sales plan and optimize store processes.
• Coach and onboard Retail Team Members for growth and performance.
• Create a learning environment to support internal career progression.
