Job summary

Tommy Bahama is seeking a Store Leader to drive guest experience and sales in Alpharetta. You will partner with the Store Manager to motivate the team, mentor staff, and ensure consistent brand representation across the floor.

The role requires 3+ years in retail, 2+ years in supervision, and a solid understanding of merchandising and visual concepts. You will lead by example and manage day-to-day operations with a focus on growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years of supervising a team.
• Exposure to merchandising and visual concepts.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze reports and adjust merchandising/presentation.
• College degree in Business or related field.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong sales and service relationships with guests during all store operations.
• Drive sales through planning, execution, analysis and efficient store processes.
• Coach and develop Retail Team Members, supporting growth and clear performance expectations.
