RG&T Solutions is seeking a dedicated team member to assist in managing Non-Perishable Food and Merchandise Operations under the supervision of the Store Manager. You will help ensure an appealing store presentation, timely stocking, and accurate cash handling during opening and closing duties.

The role emphasizes inventory control, plan-o-gram implementation, safety compliance, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Experience with inventory control and stocking procedures.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unpacking, stocking, rotating, and displaying merchandise to ensure an appealing store presentation.
• Restocking returned items and managing inventory levels through proper ordering and stock control practices.
• Assisting with opening/closing duties, including cash handling, deposits, and refunds/overrides.
• Support store management with scheduling, payroll entry, and maintaining financial integrity and security procedures.
• Implementing plan-o-gram layouts, signage, and fixtures to meet presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and enforce policies and procedures.
• Operate cash registers and scanners, assist with stock staging and transportation.
