The Assistant Store Manager will ensure excellent customer service, manage opening/closing duties, and support scheduling, training, and policy adherence while maintaining merchandising standards and accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate cash registers, and process purchases.
• Open and close the store several times weekly.

• Support planogram implementation to ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Ensure cashier accountability and cash handling procedures.
• Provide coverage during Store Manager absences.
