• Train staff and ensure customer service excellence.
• Oversee merchandise presentation and floor moves.
• Coordinate hiring and staff development with Store Manager.
• Ensure cash handling and payroll within policy.
• Maintain store security and loss prevention.
• Keep store files, cleanliness, and equipment in good condition.
