Channel Partners Solutions in Houston seeks a Store Manager to lead a compact, high-impact team delivering immersive Meta Smart Glasses demonstrations and Meta-branded experiences in premier shopping destinations.

You will recruit and coach talent, drive sales and customer satisfaction, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure operational excellence while upholding the Meta brand promise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail sales management experience.
• Proven success leading customer-facing retail teams.
• Experience in high-traffic environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver immersive product demonstrations, build authentic customer relationships, elevate every interaction into a Meta-branded experience, and drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-potential talent while providing ongoing coaching, fostering accountability and collaboration, and modeling professionalism and strong communication
• Drive sales and conversion metrics, turn traffic into engagement and revenue, analyze performance data to adjust strategies, and maintain operational excellence in scheduling, inventory, and reporting
• Serve as the subject-matter expert on Meta wearable and mixed-reality products, stay current on innovations, communicate value propositions confidently, and simplify complex technology for customers
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and represent the Meta brand professionally in high-visibility environments
