Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Sheboygan, WI. You will support store operations, drive customer service excellence, and contribute to team development.

In this role you will assist with daily store activities, train associates, and help ensure a clean, organized sales floor that reflects company standards. This full-time position offers opportunities for growth within our retail network.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Process corporate directives including Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, Key Survey information requests and any additional communications related to store activities
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, record keeping (including payroll, scheduling, and cash register deposits and receipts), and loss prevention
• Maintain store areas to company standards
• Protect and secure store assets including cash
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure associates follow policies
• Help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates
• Ensure a positive, safe environment with professional interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms, floors, trash, and restocking
• Other duties as assigned*
