Job Description:

Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is responsible for assisting the general manager with the management of day-to-day operations of the store, while adhering to Global Partner's policies and procedures.

  • Complete daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
  • Supervise, develop, train, and discipline hourly employees, ensuring operational standards are upheld.
  • Monitor shift cash handling and inventory; assist in investigations of shortages/overages and inventory variations.
  • Maintain business records and review cashier accountability sheets.
  • Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and administrative duties as requested, following cash control policies.
  • Manage cash procedures including deposits and change orders.
  • Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and sanitation.
  • Ensure store security, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Coordinate gasoline levels and deliveries.
  • Engage in promotional initiatives and promote guest service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Territory Manager.
