Job Description:

Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is responsible for assisting the general manager with the management of day-to-day store operations, while adhering to Global Partner's policies and procedures.

  • Complete daily accounting paperwork and transmit it by deadline.
  • Supervise, develop, train, and discipline hourly employees, ensuring operational standards are upheld.
  • Monitor shift cash handling and inventory; assist in investigations of shortages/overages and inventory variations.
  • Maintain business records, review cashier accountability sheets, and records as assigned.
  • Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties per policies.
  • Manage cash procedures including deposits and change orders.
  • Maintain store standards, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety, ensuring store security and environmental compliance.
  • Coordinate gasoline levels and deliveries.
  • Engage in promotional initiatives and promote high guest service levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Territory Manager.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in various temperatures and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Education
