Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is responsible for assisting the general manager with the management of day-to-day store operations, while adhering to Global Partner's policies and procedures.

Complete daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
Supervise, develop, train, and discipline hourly employees, ensuring operational standards.
Monitor shift cash handling and inventory, assist in investigations of shortages/overages up to $100/month, and inventory variations of 0.5% of sales or less.
Maintain business records, review cashier accountability sheets, and records assigned by management.
Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties as requested, following cash control policies.
Manage cash procedures including deposits and change orders.
Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and sanitation.
Ensure store security and safety, complying with safety and environmental guidelines, reporting issues promptly.
Coordinate gasoline levels and deliveries.
Engage in promotional initiatives and promote guest service excellence.
Perform other duties as required by policies and management.

Qualifications
Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
1-2 years of supervisory experience.
Ability to work independently.
Effective communication, counting, reading, and writing skills.
Basic computer skills.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Ability to work in various temperatures and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
Access to all store areas including sales floor, stock, and register.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
