KoaWood Ranch is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Queens Market Waikoloa Beach Resort location. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer service, set selling standards, and lead a small team in a Hawaiian lifestyle retail setting.

You will oversee daily operations, assist with hiring and training, manage cash and POS, and ensure visual standards while monitoring sales trends to drive results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of assistant manager experience in specialty retail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage store operations.
• Comfort with cash handling and POS procedures.
• Comfort with ambiguous situations and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Help recruit, onboard, train and develop sales staff.
• Manage cash handling and daily merchandise processing.
