Stonebriar Auto Services LLC is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team at our Jiffy Lube location. The role focuses on hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to ensure store objectives, financial performance, and guest service targets are met.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience or a stable work history in a physical environment, with vehicle maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and direction to store teammates to meet objectives.
