Job summary

Stonebriar Auto Services LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Jiffy Lube location. You will lead daily operations, train staff, enforce safety, and drive guest satisfaction by delivering consistent service.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to store teammates and supervise daily operations.
• Coach and train staff, ensure safety compliance, and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Oversee performance of Lube Technicians and Certified Technicians as needed; manage scheduling and workflow.
