Job summary

GameStop in Minnesota seeks a full-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales. You will greet guests, process transactions at the POS, promote promotions, and help maintain an inviting store environment.

Role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience and video game knowledge are a plus; you’ll train with the team to meet store goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 6 months of retail management experience preferred; 2 years of retail sales/guest service/management preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote promotions.
• Process purchases/returns accurately using the POS system.
• Assist Store Manager with onboarding, training, and scheduling of staff.
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines.
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping, and banking deposits as required.
• Support Omni-Channel orders fulfillment and overall sales goals.
