Panda Restaurant Group, the parent of Panda Express, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Wheaton, IL. You will assist store operations, hire and supervise associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing of associates.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and achieve financial goals.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
