Job summary

Dollar Tree in Martinez, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily functions, help customers, organize merchandise, and ensure a well-stocked and orderly sales floor.

You will participate in opening/closing procedures, process directives, manage scheduling and payroll records, and support loss prevention while maintaining a safe, friendly environment for customers and associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
