• Strong written communication with recap emails.
• Ability to read signals and reprioritize quickly.

Responsibilities

• Read Mercedes-Benz's general signals and reprioritize without being asked.
• Onboard, mentor, and guide newer team members when called upon.
• Defend the Change Management fundamentals when speed tempts everyone to skip them.
• Contribute to process improvements that boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Own the follow-through after the general meeting ends.
• Keep the CO engine running while you rebuild parts of it.
• Close the loop on every Fort Collins request you touch.
