Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend strategy, operations and people leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive sales by analyzing the business, supervising daily store routines, opening and closing, and delivering best-in-class customer service. You will coach staff, manage scheduling and payroll, train non-management teammates, maintain product knowledge and visual displays, and participate in omnichannel order fulfillment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead teams.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing routines with accuracy.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure service levels.
• Staffing, scheduling, and payroll oversight.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
