Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development at our Jackson, MO location. You will assist with opening and closing procedures, merchandise handling, and loss prevention while maintaining clean, organized sales areas.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, frontline leadership, and the ability to train and motivate store associates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and explain operational directives.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.

• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and secure assets.
