Catalyst Brands in Pleasanton, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining a visually appealing store. You will help lead a results-oriented team and contribute to store operations with energy and passion.

You will partner with the Store Manager to grow the business, demonstrate product knowledge, engage customers to build loyalty, and develop team members who share a commitment to outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume, apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability (evenings and weekends) and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to create action plans to achieve results.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Develop team members committed to a great customer experience.
• Oversee assigned division and be accountable for results.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive it.
• Model company values: respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, inclusivity.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and support manager in their absence.
