Job summary

Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Raleigh, NC to support the store manager by motivating associates, sharing product knowledge, and delivering outstanding service to customers.

You will train and coach staff, develop relationships to grow store business, and help achieve sales goals while rotating day, evening, and weekend shifts. We offer generous benefits and a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Job description
