Job summary

Psycho Bunny is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Woodbury Commons Outlet (on-site) to help drive sales, lead a dynamic team, and deliver the bold Psycho Bunny experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help manage daily operations, coaching, and guest service excellence.

In this role you will support recruiting, training, and development, implement seasonal initiatives, and ensure health and safety standards while promoting brand values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail management role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations to meet KPIs and profitability.
• Support the Store Manager with recruitment, training, development and succession of team members.
• Communicate and demonstrate brand values, attitude and culture.
• Implement programs, policies, and seasonal initiatives.
• Develop action plans to achieve objectives and timelines.
• Train staff on Retail Standards and ensure they are prepared for in-store and omnichannel transactions.
• Support guest experience and assist in-store transactions and omnichannel programs.
