You will guide and develop team members, maintain store standards, and collaborate on action plans to grow the business. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Co/Assistant Manager in apparel or similar volume retail.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May travel to other store locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to create action plans and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Develop team members to deliver a great customer experience.
• Oversee assigned division of responsibility and be accountable for results.
• Ensure merchandising and store standards are met consistently.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive growth.
• Remain composed during challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
• Perform POS on designated shifts and manage in the Store Manager's absence.
• Model values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
