WILD BILLS TOBACCO STAFFING LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including managing employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales. This development role is intended for those who aspire to become a Retail Store Manager.

You will assist in recruiting and developing store staff, educate the team about products, manage inventory and scheduling, execute promotions, and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming

Qualifications

• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and friendly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with store operations and merchandising.
• Basic math for tills and reports.

Responsabilités

• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and retaining store staff.
• Assist in developing staff for sales and operations performance.
