As a key leader, you will guide team members, uphold store standards, and act as manager-on-duty when the Store Manager is away. The role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required.
• Retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily store operations and ensure a customer-friendly environment.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and training of staff.
