Qualifications
- Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
- Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
Responsibilities
- Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise showroom customer service programs and ensure staffing during peak hours.
- Assist in hiring: recruiting, interviewing and selecting qualified team members.
- Ensure all order processing including buy online/ship to store and transfers are timely.
- Perform opening/closing duties, money handling, and security procedures.
