Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training is required.
• Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and ensure staff execution of service programs.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling interviews, training, coaching, and evaluating team members.
• Ensure all store opening/closing duties, banking deposits, and security procedures are followed.
• Manage schedule during peak hours and during the Store Manager’s absence.
