Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations and staff supervision.
• Support staff training and supervision as assigned.
• Maintain store appearance, safety, and security; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Assist with banking and record-keeping procedures.
• Contribute to customer development and a positive shopping experience.
• Work to meet production and sales goals within budget parameters.
