ALDO Group in Towson, MD is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the Store Manager’s right hand and lead a fashion-forward team. You’ll inspire sales goals, coach staff, and ensure every shopper leaves feel their best.

In this role you will support daily operations, maintain visual standards, manage stock, and reinforce loss prevention. The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, a passion for fashion, and a customer-first outlook, with availability for day, night, and weekend

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of hands‑on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer‑first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’re the Store Manager’s right hand and a key player in creating an amazing store experience. You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door.

When the Store Manager is away, you take the lead, keeping the store running smoothly, motivating the team, and making sure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.
