Job summary

SecureSpace Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store leadership, drive sales, and maintain daily operations across our growing self-storage network in the U.S. You will collaborate with the Store Manager, Area Manager, and District Manager, ensuring a positive customer experience and efficient processes.

Responsibilities include assisting with rental promotions, client communication, and property inspections, while maintaining security and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum (1) year of experience in storage, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong use of the English language in verbal and written communication
• Provides consistent support to the Store Manager and acts as a backup in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Promote unit rentals, warranties, and moving supplies to surpass sales targets.
• Guide new customers through the rental process for smooth transactions.
• Reach out to potential clients to confirm moving dates and ensure units are ready and secure.
• Help manage past-due tenant accounts and support lien/auction paperwork.
• Contribute to exceptional customer service and address client needs effectively.
• Conduct daily property inspections to maintain security, cleanliness, and upkeep.
• Perform light gardening and general maintenance tasks with power tools.
