Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single Panda Express store, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve financial goals. You will hire, coach, and direct team members while delivering a consistent, high‑quality dining experience.

We provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training, mentorship, and ongoing support from a close-knit Panda community. Applicants must live within 50 miles of the store and be flexible for opening/closing shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training and mentorship as part of onboarding.
