You will participate in a three-plus week Store Leadership Training program designed to prepare you for success and growth within our family of restaurants. We value flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support and participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
