Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee a single Panda Express store, driving successful operations and guest satisfaction. You will hire, lead and coach team members to achieve financial goals and exemplary service.

We provide 3+ weeks of leadership training and mentorship from our Panda community to help you succeed. The role requires flexibility for opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays, and a Serve Safe certification as a condition of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Participate in a multi-week leadership training program.
• Support through mentorship and Panda community resources.
