SecureSpace Management LLC is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Florida. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, manage customer interactions, and coordinate daily store operations. The role emphasizes teamwork, schedule flexibility, and a path for advancement.

You’ll participate in store maintenance, customer service, and occasional travel to nearby locations, with a retention bonus and comprehensive benefits. Join a growing, store‑owned network across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in storage, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Support Store Manager and act as backup in their absence.
• Customer service mindset.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Identify maintenance, safety, and fire issues.
• Willing to travel occasionally to another location for scheduled shifts.
• Skilled in resolving conflicts and quickly addressing and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surpassing sales targets by promoting unit rentals, warranties, and moving supplies, and encourage positive reviews.
• Help guide new customers through the rental process for smooth transactions.
• Reach out to potential clients to confirm moving dates and ensure units are ready and secure.
• Manage accounts of past-due tenants and assist with lien/auction paperwork.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs.
• Conduct daily property inspections to maintain security and upkeep.
• Perform light gardening and general maintenance tasks.
• Use power tools for property upkeep and grounds.
• Communicate updates and results to Store Manager and Leadership Team.
• Occasionally travel to other locations for scheduled shifts.
• Maintain flexible weekend/holiday scheduling as needed.
