Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: act as a brand ambassador and create an engaging visual experience that appeals to FP customers.
• Leads as manager-on-duty, drives engagement, and provides feedback to culture of action.
• Operations: manage scheduling, payroll, and daily standards to support store profitability.
• Omni-channel: ensure seamless shopping experience across MPOS, POS, and customer service apps.
• Communication: share product knowledge and brand messaging through daily team meetings.
• Talent: assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent.
