Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Handle cash register operations with accuracy.
• Motivate and coach team to upsell products and promotions.
• Participate in hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when required.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock adequate.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including pumps and restrooms.
• Create and manage team schedules for full shift coverage.
• Oversee daily deposits and store financials.
