The position offers full-time and part-time hours with benefits and opportunities for advancement. You will work overnight shifts while upholding age verification rules and store policies to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Be prepared to work while standing for long periods and to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Friendly, positive demeanor and helpful attitude.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with proper age verification.
• Offer friendly service and upsell customers where possible to increase sales.
• Keep the store clean and safe inside and out, including bathrooms, parking lot, and pump area.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh.
• Maintain clean entryways, swept and mopped floors, and clear windows.
• Willing to cross-train in other departments (e.g., deli) as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and help wherever needed.
