Job summary

Journeys is seeking a motivated store team member to assist the Store Manager and Manager In Training with hiring, training, and leading a high-energy sales team at our Grandville location. You will contribute to achieving store goals while delivering excellent customer service and representing Journeys’ culture.

The role emphasizes growth from within, with opportunities for promotion, and requires the ability to work 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring of high caliber employees with in-store needs.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing all company policies and practices.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in Store Manager and Manager In Training’s absence.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
• Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers.
