Nation’s Best Holdings is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Springtown, TX location. Support the Store Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and team leadership while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring standards are met.

You will manage inventory, merchandising, and staff development, participate in safety and store projects, and drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong leadership and a driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of retail experience with supervisory/assistant management.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, tools, lumber, or building materials.
• Proficient in POS systems and basic business software.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures, coordinating team activities, scheduling support and task delegation.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring team adherence to service standards.
• Work alongside the team in daily store operations, including customer service, merchandising, stocking, receiving and other hands-on store activities.
• Participate in inventory management, including receiving shipments, cycle counts, stock monitoring, and shrink control measures.
• Help execute sales initiatives and contribute to meeting or exceeding store performance goals.
• Assist with training and mentoring staff, providing day-to-day direction and escalating performance concerns to the Store Manager as needed.
