Job summary

Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Utah for a part-time role. The position supports the Store Manager in delivering a customer-focused, top-line sales-driven operation. You will motivate staff and ensure policies and procedures are followed to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities include supervising and coaching team members, maintaining store and stockroom organization, and executing visual directives. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a customer-focused store environment and delivers positive customer experiences
• Handles customer situations in policy with appropriate escalation
• Keeps store and stockroom clean, safe and well organized
• Shares customer feedback with leadership to improve the experience
• Performs floor supervisor duties during non-peak periods
• Coaches and provides feedback to Sales Associates on performance
• Supports associate engagement by recognizing outstanding performance
• Provides direction to associates to ensure understanding of company directives and standards
• Prioritizes and delegates tasks to meet operational needs
• Drives efficiency in store processes
