Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering a customer-focused, top-line sales driven, profitable store.

You will inspire teams by modeling core values, ensure policy compliance, and drive brand standards across merchandising and operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can coach staff, manage time, and maintain a safe, organized shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Display a customer-focused mindset at all times and ensure team delivers an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience.
• Handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempts to "solve for yes" and escalates issues as appropriate.
• Maintain a clean and well organized store, promoting a safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience.
• Share feedback from customers with the leadership team to improve the overall customer experience.
• Perform as the floor supervisor role as needed to cover non-peak periods (breaks etc.).
• Deliver an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience with all customers.
