Pacsun is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager at Red Cliffs Mall to assist the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, top-line sales driven, profitable store location. The role requires motivating a team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with math and computer tools. Weekend and peak-season availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-focused, sales-driven store environment.
• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations and staff supervision.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and store standards maintained.
• Provide feedback to improve the customer experience and team performance.
• Coordinate with leadership to execute visual directives and stock presentations.
• Support scheduling, training and development of associates.
