Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Fairfield, CA to drive sales and oversee daily store operations. You will lead opening/closing routines, supervise staff and payroll, and train the team while delivering best-in-class customer service.

You’ll leverage fashion knowledge to influence floorsets, coach colleagues, manage omni-channel orders, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth from within and a strong performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
