Job summary

OXXO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team at one of our locations. You will oversee daily store operations, ensure the store is stocked, clean, and delivers excellent customer service while handling financial transactions.

Qualified candidates have 1+ year of retail experience and a valid driver’s license with transportation to/from bank and corporate meetings. Flexibility for peak hours is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and transportation to/from bank and corporate meetings are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring supply.
• Ensure the store remains clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
