Job summary

OXXO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Albuquerque retail team. You will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support Sales Associates to drive sales and store performance.

Responsibilities include inventory control, cash handling, staff scheduling, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked store. A valid driver's license is required for bank runs and meetings; flexibility for peak hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred (1+ year).
• Valid Driver’s License and transportation to/from bank and corporate meetings (Required).
• Ability to lead, coach and develop store staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring supply.
