Job summary

OXXO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at one of our retail locations. The role oversees daily store operations, ensuring the store is well-stocked, clean, and delivers excellent customer service while managing financial transactions.

The position requires 1+ year retail experience (preferred) and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License and transportation to/from bank and corporate meetings with valid vehicle insurance (required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring supply.
• Ensure the store remains clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
