Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day activities, helping customers, and organizing merchandise flow from delivery to sales floor.

You will help supervise and train store associates, ensuring a safe, friendly environment. The role requires high school level education, store management experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities and safety.
