You will partner with the Store Manager and leadership team to drive sales, manage associates, and ensure seamless omnichannel service between online and brick‑and‑mortar. The role reports to the Store Manager and requires 1+ year retail management experience, a collaborative mindset, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of inventory and POS systems.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and peers in training store associates.
• Drive customer engagement in-store and during events.
• Manage daily store activities aligned with company goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer journey.
• Strive to meet/exceed store objectives in performance, productivity, and quality.
