Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development at our Clearwater, FL location. You will assist with merchandise flow, maintain displays, and help train store associates to uphold company standards.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment. Part-time hours and a collaborative team culture are offered.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.

Mansioni

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns they may have.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for storefronts.
