Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store areas and displays following company standards.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, and payroll/scheduling records.
• Protect and secure store assets including cash.
• Ensure staff follow policies and safety guidelines.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
